Before You Order
It is important to find the correct seat belt for your vehicle before you order. Visit our Seat Belt Compatibilty page for frequently asked questions and measuring instructions.

Please note, our universal seat belts have a generic design to fit many different vehicles, but they do not fit every vehicle and they may require modification to fit. Please be sure to measure your vehicle before you purchase universal seat belts.
Online Ordering
We have tried to make ordering online a more pleasant experience. When ordering online, please select your color choice and mounting hardware if applicable. If multiple quantities of an item are desired, you may adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirming our receipt of your order. If you have questions while shopping online, our customer service agents are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST on Live Chat

In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, first time CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.

Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.
Freight Policy
We ship via USPS (Priority Mail, etc) and FedEx (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). We offer $5.00 Economy Shipping (5-10 business days) and $9.00 Priority Shipping (3-5 business days). If you require expedited shipping, please call us at (800) 445-2847.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order has shipped with tracking information if it is available.

Most items that we sell are in stock and ship from our warehouse every business day. Orders received before 2 pm Pacific time typically ship the same business day unless the item is a Special Order item. Orders received after 2 pm typically ship the next business day.

Please note, expedited shipping does not decrease time needed for production on Special Order items. Special Order items will be shipped after the specified production time.
International Orders
Sorry but we do not and cannot accept international orders.
Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect the contents immediately. If there is a problem with your order or if the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at (800) 477-8521.

Seat belts cannot be returned once they have been installed. We ask that you measure your vehicle and hold new seat belts up to mounting points for comparison before you start installation. If you have any questions about fit, please contact us at (800) 445-2847 prior to installation.

Please note, seat belt installation will vary from vehicle to vehicle. Installation will also vary by which type of seat belt you purchase. Seat Belts Plus cannot give you instructions regarding seat belt installation, but we do provide the manufacturer's installation guides. If you do not feel comfortable with installing your seat belts, we recommend seeking help from a professional auto trim shop.
Returns
Before returning any item, you must call us at 1-800-445-2847 or 1-760-477-8521 for a return authorization. All returned items must be in new, non-installed condition.

Seat belts cannot be returned once they have been installed. These are safety items. Once they have been installed they cannot be resold. There are no exceptions to this policy.

You may take seat belts out of the package to inspect them. We recommend holding them up to existing belts to compare. If you have any concerns whether our belts will fit your vehicle please take all proper measurements and compare them with our seat belts before installing.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We ask that you please return items in their original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice. Returns that are not in original packaging or without original invoice are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns on Special Order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

After 90 days, you may return your items for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued after 90 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 120 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

There are no returns accepted seat belt webbing, or closeout items.
