How To Order
Orders can be placed online through our secure web-site, by phone, or fax. We accept
the following credit cards as payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Payments.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the
credit card for all first time orders. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and
received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you
are using the same credit card as your first order.
Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.
We have tried to make ordering on-line a more pleasant experience. When ordering on-line,
make sure a color is chosen on any product where colors are available. If multiple quantities
of an item are desired, adjust the quantity in your shopping cart. Once your order is
submitted, you will receive an e-mail (providing you supplied a valid e-mail address that is
not blocked or filtered) confirming our receipt of your order.
International Orders Sorry but we do not and can not accept international orders.
We ship via USPS (Priority Mail, etc) and FedEx (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). Shipping
costs and options are listed when you check out. You will be notified via e-mail (providing
you supplied a valid e-mail address that is not blocked or filtered) when your order has shipped.
If your order is shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
Note: If you order a "Special Order" item, and choose Next Day Air or another expedited
service, the item will be shipped out Next Day Air or otherwise, AFTER the 3-4 week
Most items that we sell are in stock and ship from our warehouse every business day.
Orders received before 2 pm Pacific time typically ship the same business day unless the
item is a "Special Order" item. Orders received after 2 pm typically ship the next
Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receipt of your shipment, IMMEDIATELY inspect the contents. If your package is
damaged upon receipt, immediately CONTACT THE CARRIER AND FILE A CLAIM and call
us. We will take care of you and your order with the least amount of delay as possible.

It has always been and will always be our goal to provide you with the best products
and service in the industry. Prices are subject to change without notice. We can not
and will not be responsible for typographical errors.
All returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.
Seat belts can NOT be returned once they have been installed. You may take them
out of the package to inspect components or even hold up to compare with existing belts.
Once you install a seat belt it is yours to keep. These are safety items, and they
will not be re-sold. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any concerns whether our belts
will fit your vehicle please take all proper measurements and compare them with our seat belts before installing.
Before returning any items, you MUST CALL the order desk at 1-800-445-2847 or
1-760-477-8521 for return authorization.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
Items returned without a copy of the invoice or not in their original packaging are subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
After 90 days, all returns will be issued a store credit only, no cash refunds, no exceptions.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 120 days, no exceptions.
You are responsible for the shipping charges for the package, both ways.
No shipping charges will be refunded.
There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!
