Seat Belts Plus PoliciesOur Shipping, Return, and Privacy policies are detailed below. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.
Shipping PolicyWe offer $5.00 Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days. However, depending on stock levels, some orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping may be available on some items, please call us for more information at (800) 445-2847.
You will be notified via e-mail when your order has shipped with tracking information if it is available.
Most items that we sell are in stock and ship from our warehouse every business day. Orders received before 2 pm PST typically ship the same business day unless the item is a Special Order item. Orders received after 2 pm typically ship the next business day.
Please note, expedited shipping does not decrease time needed for production on Special Order items. Special Order items will be shipped after the specified production time.
NOTE: $5.00 shipping only valid for orders shipping within the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Military Bases will be charged $15.00 for shipping. Sorry, no international orders.

Return PolicyBefore returning any item, you must call us at 1-800-445-2847 or 1-760-477-8521 for a return authorization. All returned items must be in new, non-installed condition. We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns on seat belts that have been installed. These are safety items. Once they have been installed they cannot be resold. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any bolt markings on the seat belt ends will be considered an installed belt and will not be accepted as a return.
You may take seat belts out of the package to inspect them. We recommend holding them up to existing belts to compare. If you have any concerns whether our belts will fit your vehicle please take all proper measurements and compare them with our seat belts before installing.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special order items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We ask that you please return items in their original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges.
There are no returns accepted on custom orders, seat belt webbing, or closeout items.
International Orders PolicySeatBeltsPlus.com does not sell parts internationally. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept an international credit card. If you are an international customer you can utilize the following procedure, at your own risk, to order parts:
1. Place an order at SeatBeltsPlus.com
2. Ship the order to an American based freight forwarder of your choice
3. Pay for the order using Paypal
If you choose to order parts this way, we will process your order just like any other order within the United States - Please Note: this means that any back order or special order items will be shipped separate from the rest of your order- please make shipping accommodations accordingly.
Once the order is shipped to the freight forwarder, we will no longer accept any responsibility for the order. We do not have any affiliation with freight forwarders, nor can we recommend one to you. We cannot offer any insurance on the package or make any guarantee that the order will make it beyond the freight forwarder.
Returns on international orders are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay the freight on a return under any circumstances. Order at your own risk.
We CANNOT calculate nor can we estimate the transit time or cost from the freight forwarder to the customer. Once the courier's tracking number shows delivery to the freight forwarder, the safety of the package becomes the responsibility of the freight forwarder. International shipping costs, customs, import duties, taxes, etc., will all be handled by the customer or by the freight forwarder. We are also not responsible for calculating the dimensions and weight of the products being ordered.
Again, we cannot accept international credit cards. International customers must use PayPal to place an order through SeatBeltsPlus.com, using PayPal to check out. During the time of order, make NO mention of the international address; the website will reject the order if an international address is included.
It is MANDATORY, that all shipments will include 1 copy of the invoice regardless of the number of packages, and MUST be addressed to the customer that has paid for the product. There will not be multiple copies made, nor will the recipient's name be changed. This cannot be manipulated, omitted, or altered.
PLEASE BE ADVISED! Vehicles produced outside of the United States do not follow the same year/make/model rules as the U.S. production models. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to know what parts fit the vehicle, regardless of its place of origin. SeatBeltsPlus.com accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for parts that do not fit, or match your year or model vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this policy, but cannot make any exceptions. We appreciate your business.
We collect information that is voluntarily shared with us. This includes, email addresses and account information (shipping/ billing information, contact information, etc.). We do not share any of this information with other organizations for commercial purposes. Information will only be disclosed when we are legally required to do so.
To try and bring our customers offers that are of interest to them, ad server companies may collect information such as domain type, IP address, and clickstream information when customers visit our site.
To ensure the security of our customers' private information, when we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and have appropriate security measures in place at the web hosting physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
We use Shopper Approved, a third party service for our site reviews. Shopper approved is given access to our customers' email addresses ONLY for the purpose of conducting these surveys.
