1. Remove the rear seat bottom.
  2. Remove the old retracot and buckle.
  3. Drill out pop rivet on the retractor cover and remove the cover from the retractor.
  4. With a pair of scissors cut the bottom of the flap in half (see image below). The factory flap on the cover is too long and will make the new retractor lock up. 
  5. Pull the belt out of the new retractor and slide the tongue through the opening on the cover.
  6. Push the flap back in front of the retractor, pull the cover down to install the screw where the pop rivet was located. Screws are provided with this seat belt kit.
  7. Install new seat belt, bolting the retracor and buckle side back in place.
  8. Repeat the same instructions on the other side.
