Step 1 Remove the black cap from the roll bar anchor with a screw driver. Step 2 Remove the two bolts at the retractor and shoulder bolt using a torx socket. Step 3 Install the new seat belt using the same two bolts with loctite and replace the black cap. Step 4 Remove the bolt from the buckle sleeve boot. Remove the staple from the center of the boot and pull the buckle out of the sleeve. Use a metal coat hanger to make a hook at the end and pull the new buckle into the buckle sleeve. Bolt the new buckle in place.
